I am an avid home brewer and t-shirt entrepreneur - www.brewershirts.com. I enjoy beer and enjoy making it. I brew with dried malt extract, specialty grains and hop pellets. Yes, I could go all-grain but that's too much trouble and my schedule doesn't allow for the longer brew sessions. I never use kits, but prefer to cobble recipes together based on knowledge picked up through experience and extensive reading.
